Lately, my coworkers have inspired me more and more, especially this 100 Happy Days Challenge – and it reminded me of the weekly Thankful Thursday posts that were always the highlight of my week. So it’s time to bring them back. 🙂 Today it seems extra fitting, as I’m thankful for so many things and also for a few diamond-in-the-rough events… Working from home – This has been a career goal for me, and I’m so incredibly blessed to have that chance as the Community Champion for Buffer. I am surrounded by an incredible team and part of a community unlike any other I’ve known.  Adventurous chickens – Owning 13...

I’ve resumed journaling my daily gifts, and thus I’ll resume these thankful thursday posts. 🙂 (oh but I’m completely giving up on the numbering system—I can’t even recall where I left off!)   gift #1,103,234… and beyond… – my cousin’s injured horse making a solid recovery {only horse owners can truly appreciate how harrowing a seemingly “simple” injury can be. simple injuries can easily become complex and destroy a strong horse and rider team.} – finding solace in gardening {and actually growing things successfully!} – finishing major...

thankful thursday: week twelve

I’ve been terrible about writing down the gifts I see from day to day — the buzz of life has a way of working those important little things out if you let them. Which is why, though I’ve toyed with the idea of shutting this blog down for two weeks now, I’m grateful that I have these Thankful Thursday posts to force me to stop and examine my blessings. 60. the self-discipline to blog 61. the discovery of an awesome new brand of pen (yes, I’m a geek) 62. an amazing friend who offers to give me a ride when we’re having vehicle hiccups 63. an energizing and refreshing experience...
